The mother of a woman who was killed in a helicopter crash is filing an Oklahoma wrongful death suit against the family of the deceased pilot and the manufacturers of the helicopter, according to the Tahlequah Daily Press.
According to the Oklahoma wrongful death suit, the helicopter crash that left the pilot and the woman’s daughter dead occurred due to negligent operation on behalf of the pilot and faulty design in the helicopter on behalf of the manufacturer.
The Oklahoma wrongful death suit also claims that the pilot’s parents should have been aware or were aware of their son’s reckless flying.

A two-month-old infant has died after a Tulsa dog bite injury that occurred Monday in the child’s grandparents’ home, according to The Oklahoman.
The Tulsa dog bite injury was caused by a Labrador puppy while the infant was in a swing.
The mother of the Tulsa dog bite victim found the baby dead in the swing.
Authorities say the child’s father and grandfather left the home around 8:30 a.m. and put the child in the swing at the east end of the home when they left. The mother and grandmother of the Tulsa dog bite victim were asleep in the west end of the home at the time.

A 17-year-old girl died after a hit and run Oklahoma pedestrian accident last Friday, Tulsa World reported.Â
Authorities say the 17-year-old Oklahoma auto accident victim was sitting in the middle of Texanna Road near Interstate 40 when a white van hit her, causing the Oklahoma pedestrian accident.Â

The widow of a Cintas employee is still involved in a Tulsa wrongful death suit against the laundry company for failing to uphold safety regulations.
An employee was killed March 6, 2007 in the Tulsa accident while operating an industrial dryer.
The man climbed on top of an elevated conveyor belt to fix a jam in the machine when a robotic arm forced him into the dryer.
Another employee called maintenance to investigate the machine and the maintenance personnel found the Tulsa wrongful death victim’s body.
An OSHA investigation of the Tulsa facility found numerous safety violations. On the anniversary of the fatal accident that sparked the Tulsa wrongful death suit, the director for safety and health of UNITE HERE says little has changed at the site of the Tulsa accident.

The Oklahoman reported that two Oklahoma teens died at the scene of a Seminole County auto accident on State Highway 56 Saturday.Â

Last Sunday parts of Highway were closed for more than four hours after four vehicles were involved in an Oklahoma auto accident after heavy fog settled in the area. According to reports, a tractor trailer was turning left onto Highway 75 when a pickup truck struck the larger truck. The driver of the tractor trailer called 911 immediately after the Oklahoma car crash, and while doing so two more cars struck the large truck.Â
The driver of the pickup truck was pronounced dead at the scene while the two drivers and a passenger were treated for non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the tractor trailer didn’t sustain injuries.Â

Earlier this week a woman who was accused of drunken driving and causing an Oklahoma auto accident, which resulted in the death of a 17-year-old passenger. The woman, who has a prior conviction for an alcohol-related driving incident, was sentenced to eight years in prison.
The passenger who was killed in the Oklahoma car crash was seated in the backseat when the woman began speeding in Pawnee County. Once she lost control of the car, it slid, ran off the road, overturned, and ejected all occupants, according to reports.
