The Muskogee Phoenix reported that an Oklahoma auto accident killed an out-of-state truck driver Sunday.

The Oklahoma car accident occurred when the 27-year-old truck driver crashed his truck into the back of a legally parked truck on U.S. 69.

The driver of the parked tractor-trailer was critically injured in the Oklahoma auto accident, but his condition was upgraded to serious but stable Monday.

Investigators said the fatal Oklahoma auto accident occurred because the driver of the truck was tired when he crashed into the parked truck.
